1. About Ezzra Gas & Plumbing
Ezzra Gas & Plumbing provides plumbing repairs, geyser installation and repairs, and gas solutions in and around Centurion and the wider Gauteng region, South Africa. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Ezzra Gas & Plumbing.
2. Our Services
We offer the following categories of work, subject to availability and individual assessment:
- Plumbing & Repairs, including leak detection, blocked drains and sewer work, emergency plumbing, burst pipe repair and bathroom renovations;
- Geyser Installation & Repairs, including gas, solar and electric geysers;
- Gas Solutions, including gas geysers, gas heating, gas hobs and stoves, gas braais and gas fireplaces.
3. Quotes, Bookings and Payment
You may request a quote through our website contact form, by phone (062 596 2380), by WhatsApp, or by email (admin@ezzragasandplumbing.co.za). A quote is an estimate only and does not form a binding agreement until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may change after an on-site assessment identifies additional work. Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp so that we can adjust our schedule.
5. Safety and Compliance
Where applicable, our gas and electrical work is carried out in accordance with the regulatory requirements that apply in South Africa. Any certification or compliance documentation that is legally required for the work performed will be discussed with you before the job begins.
6. Your Rights as a Consumer
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or any other law that protects consumers. Where our Terms conflict with a right you are entitled to under applicable law, the law prevails.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
